Terms
Terms of Service
Effective 26 August 2026. By creating an account or using Missed2Booked, you agree to these terms.
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you (the business signing up, or the person signing up on a business's behalf) and Missed2Booked, 351–352 Upper Street, London, N1 0PD, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. What Missed2Booked does
Missed2Booked is an AI receptionist and operations platform. It answers calls, WhatsApp, SMS and website enquiries on your behalf, books work into your calendar using the services, prices and knowledge you provide, and tracks the enquiry through to a paid job. You stay responsible for the business relationship with your own customers — we're the tool that helps you not miss them.
3. Your account
- You must give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for anything that happens under your account, and for keeping your password secure.
- You must be legally able to run the business you're signing up on behalf of.
4. Subscriptions and billing
New accounts get a 14-day free trial. After that, plans are billed monthly in advance, on a rolling basis — no setup fee, no fixed contract term. Current published prices are £59 / £149 / £329 / £0 a month, each with a monthly minute allowance; minutes used beyond that allowance are billed at the per-minute overage rate shown for your plan. Prices can change, but not for a billing period you've already paid for — we'll tell you before any increase takes effect on renewal.
You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and we don't offer partial-month refunds except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Missed2Booked to:
- Break the law, or ask the AI to say something illegal, defamatory or misleading to a caller
- Configure the AI to claim to be human when directly asked — it's required to disclose that it's an AI
- Remove or alter the recording disclosure given at the start of every call
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse-engineer or overload the platform
- Use the platform for a business it wasn't set up for, or resell access without our agreement
6. About the AI
The AI answers from the services, prices and knowledge you set up, and is built to quote prices as ranges rather than invent figures, and to say "I'll find out and get back to you" rather than guess at anything it hasn't been told. It escalates emergencies and complaints to a human where you've configured that. It is still an AI system: it can misunderstand a caller, make an imperfect judgement call, or be affected by an outage at a provider we depend on (see clause 7). You're responsible for reviewing what it books and says on your behalf, particularly during your first weeks live, and for the accuracy of the services, prices and knowledge you configure it with.
7. Third-party services
Missed2Booked depends on infrastructure we don't operate ourselves — telephony and voice AI providers, our hosting provider, and the AI model that generates call summaries, among others. We choose these providers carefully, but an outage, policy change or price change at one of them can affect the service, and we can't guarantee their availability.
8. Your data, and callers' data
You own the business data you put into Missed2Booked, and the data collected from your callers on your behalf. We process it as your data processor for the purpose of running your reception, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having a lawful basis to have us handle your callers' data in this way — in practice, that means the AI's recording and AI-disclosure at the start of every call, which you must not remove.
9. Intellectual property
We own the Missed2Booked platform, its design and its underlying software. You own your business content — services, prices, knowledge base entries and branding — and grant us the licence needed to use it solely to run your receptionist.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't lawfully be limited. Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profit, arising from your use of the service, and our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the amount you've paid us in that period.
11. Ending this agreement
You can cancel at any time as described in clause 4. We can suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or where a provider we depend on requires it of us. On termination, we'll retain your data for the period described in our Privacy Policy, and you can request an earlier export or deletion.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. For material changes, we'll tell account holders directly and give reasonable notice before they take effect.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
